What is the cleaning list include and Not include?

It removes dirt and grease throughout the house that is difficult for customers to clean. Window frame, interior glass, screen, balcony, sink, stove hood, toilet, lighting fitting, room, various storage spaces, etc. We will clean the indoor space.   (It is for indoor cleaning except for the outside glass window.)

Is there a quality guarantee? If Unsatisfactory cleaning Problem ?

After cleaning is completed, the inspection will be made on the same day.If unclean or unsatisfactory parts occur, ask the person in charge We will process it immediately on site.   Please be sure to do the inspection on the day, If there are any parts that cannot be confirmed at the time of inspection, we will revisit and process them according to the circumstances.

How long does it take to a bond clean?

1.small size (average:1hours)

Generally speaking, 1berooms house Average at  least 2~3hours 2 people.

2.medium size(average:5~6hours)  3bedrooms townhouse Average at least 5~6hours 2 people.

3.big house(average:8~10 hours) Cleaning time depends on the condition and size

How much does it cost?

Since every house is unique in size and age, the cost depends on the condition of your house . We can only give you the exact cost after an inspection. After you have agreed to the price, we do not charge you additional costs.

What if our real estate agent is not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation within 48h . We have a satisfaction guarantee 7days  that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed so Please pay once we  finished our job.

Payment ( cash or  bank transfer )must be paid before we left your property.

Your invoice will provide once our Job done.

Cancellations fee?

No. but Cancellations of bookings must be done 24 hours in advance of date of clean to avoid cancellation charges.
